Windows Media Player does not recognize my AT & T Tilt?
Hello, I'm at the end of my mind with this – I'm scouring the Internet for two months trying to find a solution and nothing worked. This is what happens: I had a Samsung Blackjack and Windows XP and was able to sync my media. I updated to Vista Home Premium, and was unable to sync my media with the Blackjack (or device or storage card was recognized by WMP 11). Since I have upgraded my phone and now have an AT & T Tilt (also known as the HTC 8925) and am having the same problems – no matter what I do (as I said, crossed the 'net and tried everything I could find), WMP 11 does not recognize my device. Here's the real problem: The device is synchronized via Device Center Windows without problems, so I know Vista sees the device but can not for the life of me figure why WMP 11, no. Help please !!!!!!!
Hi Ray, I think you need to Motorola Phone Tools. It is an excellent program gets onto your computer and you can connect your phone and do all sorts of good things. The cheapest and faster to do this is to buy on eBay. You can get if for less than $ 5.00 and then download it so no shipping costs. For current eBay listings go to eBay and search for "Motorola Phone Tools". Look at those that offer digital delivery. I saw it as cheap as $ 2.60 Once the latest software is free for Motorola always. Norm
