samsung blackjack turns off
I have problems with my Samsung Blackjack …?
Every time I turn off my phone and again deletes all my texts from February 6. Moreover, brings the texts I have deleted and if I try to delete messages, turn off the phone makes me even opening my SMS inbox. Any ideas on how to resolve this problem, or why it is being caused, That would be great. I'm sick of this phone and I have to live with that for anther year. Nor reset my phone because I've done that once before and you just happen again. Any help would be great. Thank you.
Ok number one so you no longer need to put a data plan in this phone. I have the Blackjack and I worked at AT & T and is not required for text messaging. Unfortunately, you have to do a hard reset. It sounds like your system OS is running on some errors. If this fails, you may need to reload your operating system. But if you've done and still gives the same problem, then you might call and see if they can guarantee. If you perform a master reset and are familiar with Active Sync I would try to save data so you do not lose nothing.
