Smartphone from AT & T can not connect to the computer?
I have a Samsung BlackJack II (SGH-i617) and which was updated to the latest Windows Mobile version (6.1), will not connect to my PC. I heard something about a special plan that allows (when I called customer service … the second time). Any ideas? Thank you.

I'll take your USB support: Try connecting the USB to the phone and the PC and see if there is a software.There option to upgrade their CD should be supplied with the phone. When you first install CD, you are asked if you want the phone so you can synchronize with a PC? click Yes and it should update and install a newer version if that does not help available.If call the manufacturer for help. good luck
