Blackjack II or Tilt (AT & T)?

My parents are switching to AT & T next week. I rather just to use the phone to send SMS messages, making or sending photos and videos, make calls from time to time, and listening to music. No internet or anything fancy. I've heard that the inclination is heavier and less time talking, but I like the look of the black cat over (which is like a big rectangle. I'm not really in exams PDA.) Wanted to get the Pantech Duo, originally, but actually had mixed / poor. What are your thoughts on these two phones? Thanks: D
