BlackJack II problem?

PLEASE READ the whole thing, then the answer. I recently lost my charger to my Blackjack 2, so we went out the weekend switch periodically to check my messages, etc. .. but then I got a new charger plugged in and turned on. I went out and returned five minutes later, and my phone was stuck on the welcome screen where the command is AT & T. I turned the phone by removing the battery (due to pressing the power button does not work) and tried again. He did the same and is still doing so today. I do not know what else I tried other people got the card piles SIM I did not take all the SIM cards. I even had to wait for AT & T Store and they just gave me a repair shop for it, but I want to see if anyone else knows what to do before spending money. I did everything I can do. NEED HELP. My phone does not have insurance and I have ensured.

Will Hard reset the device. (You will lose all data that have become the devices, including pictures and contacts and everything that was not there when you bought it, but they will do the same with the repair shop) to manually reset handling, while the phone is off, press the navigation key upwards and hold the button on. You should be prompted to erase all data.
