Improve morale, improve safety you ever tried to work when you really sick? I do not want a bit of a cough or sneeze. I mean a real drag out, "can not get out of bed" disease – the type where it hurts to walk, and yet, at least go to the office. I hate to admit it, but I went to work in this condition – that everyone probably more or less agrees it should not.
