How I can get a free T-Mobile Dash?

I'm from the current T-Mobile customer and I am not under a contract for more, been a subscriber loyal for four years. My current phone is 2 + years old and I get a phone board now. However, if you go to T-Mobile store or a website, it will cost me $ 199. But if I go shopping online (Wirefly.com …), which is free, but for new subscribers signing two years of the plan. Can an existing subscriber get the same deal? T-Mobile Dash will give me one free if you threaten to leave and go to Cingular (I without changing the problem – and get a blackjack)? Has anyone done this before with T-Mobile? I feel like the loyalty is not rewarded – and the transition to Cingular or another carrier is rewarded.
