No, they can not do that T. Frank Hopkins and his horse Hidalgo won, Im not sure how much money distace in a long race, and bought the land and the horses to go, because the sheriff had intended to kill the Mustangs, but was saved, but if he died, im soooo mad right now, ugh, u have no idea which is like a land mark i just dont see the story of how they can do this, that the auction of horses each year for people, and I think only close the border OFF yes, I am doing research on him and this whole sybject, thats how I know that the top of my head
