blackjack freezing
my Samsung Blackjack 2 will freeze. How can I change it or fix it?
I had many problems with my phone. I been charged for the use data that I have never used much less knew how to use and now this. My screen freezes and I shall not go to the Start menu, click on anything, not even switching on the phone. My only option is to remove the battery. The reason that froze because I know the weather will be like 2 in the morning when I wake up and actually is 7 hours. I called Samsung and they told me they could not solve, but I would be charged for it, could restart, but since I'm not all that Microsoft Office is lost, or could share with ATT. How can I make in negotiation? It gives me another Blackjack 2? I want to know these answers in advance instead of asking to ATT, because I always end up having to talk to 5 people to solve a problem and always tell me 5 different things and I just want someone who traded in his phone to tell me their experience. Thank you.
call customer service, 611 from your phone, you may have to change in AT & T will send the same type of phone in the mail, send yours in and have done several times in recent years, no big deal, do it now.
