Virus GOT MY PHONE! AT & T, help!?
Well, I have a blackjack 2. On Monday, my phone began to freeze, not reactive and simply not working. I took it to an ATT and they said the software is corrupted and there is nothing they can do to it.THERE the issue must be something! Please help me!?
If less than a year old, you can get replaced under warranty replacement. If it is older then it is up to you when you go from here. You could Tahe to a repair shop and have the software removed and loaded again, but probably would cost as much as to get a new phone. The number for service Warranty is 1-800-801-1101
