Assuming you're talking 2-6 for the first two are correct, two systems and both work, work differently May howvere much work. The first list is the original hi / lo made popular by Stanford Wong is whether a balanced system and forces you to make true count conversions divided by the number of floors left undealt. The second system is the system that popularized by Arnold Snyder KO, I think. It is a system unbalanced and requires no conversion Coutu way, is slightly less effective and more fixed, as is the Hi / Lo. The J, Q, K are counted in both systems, as they are in the Evrey system.
